God @ the Pub!

A gathering for young adults (21-45 year olds) of Family of God - We will meet at Malones in Maple Grove on Wednesday, February 1 & 15, 8:30-9:30 pm. Friends, kids, grandkids, neighbors, co-workers, classmates, random people off the street are all welcome as we casually discuss issues of faith and life in a non-threatening environment. Based on interest, we will continue this twice a month on Wednesday evenings. Only the location may change, so stay tuned for more details! Tuesday Bible Study

The Divine Drama is a wonderful course of study in two parts: The first gives an overview of the Biblical story, and the second gives an overview of our lives, grounded in the truths of Jesus and of Scripture. This 30-week study will extend throughout the year, and be led Tuesday mornings at 9:45 by Pastor Paul and Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm by other teachers. The cost for the materials for the year is $30 or $19 for the first course only and $16 for the second course only. It includes 4 books: 2 student manuals and 2 student workbooks for the year. This course teaches the Biblical story in more detail than we have done before as well as containing application for our lives.

Women's Tuesday Evening Bible Study

This Bible study and friendship group meets in homes.  Newcomers are always welcome, and hosting is voluntary.

Dad’s Bible Study

Meets for one hour of Bible study, fellowship, and a great breakfast.  All fathers with children at home are welcome. Talk to Pastor Paul with questions.

Men’s Saturday Breakfast Group

Monthly Saturday breakfast and property projects as needed.  All men and friends of FOG are invited to come for a delicious breakfast and fellowship.  Bring a friend!  Please sign up at the church or call if you plan to attend.

Ruth Circle

Ruth Circle will resume their meetings on Thursday, September 8, 9:30 am. The purpose of Ruth Circle is to provide fellowship, a short Bible Study and service to the church and community. Please consider joining us. Childcare is available. Contact Lorelei Haywood with questions.

Christian Yoga for Women

Christian Yoga is held on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm, starting the second week of each month. These sessions are open to any interested adult or youth, and there is no cost. The leader is Gen Loberg, who combines her yoga experience and training with a hospitable approach that accommodates all participants and is grounded in prayerfulness. Bring a yoga mat and water to drink, eat two hours ahead, or light meal closer to workout. Speak with Gen or leave your name with the church office if you would like more information.

January  classes:  Christian yoga resumes Saturday, January 7, 9:30 am. Classes will be held on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings (10th, 17th, 24th & 31st), 7:30 pm beginning Jan 10th.

February classes will be held on Saturday mornings Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25, 9:30 am and Tuesday evenings, Feb 14, 21, 28, 7:30 pm.

Scrapbooking Group

This group welcomes other crafters as well. If you don’t know how to scrap and would like to get started talk to anyone in the group and they can suggest basic supplies to get you started. Come for as much time as your schedule allows. Members of the group that can answer your questions are Terri Anderson-Webb, Kathy Behrens, Karla Kitoski, Jeri Oswalt, Allison Peterson, or Nancy Rhinhart.
