Sunday Refreshments
 
The Hospitality Committee needs volunteers to fill Sunday slots for donating/serving snacks and preparing/serving coffee after the summer worship services.  During the summer months we take a break from ordering our traditional donuts and ask that volunteers donate cookies, bars, or treats to serve instead.  We need 2 - 3 volunteers for EACH of the following Sundays:

August 1

August 22

August 29

September 5

Each volunteer is asked to bring 2 or more dozen cookies, bars, or treats.  These can be home-made or purchased.  Volunteers are asked to arrive at church at approx. 9:15 am to begin preparing the coffee and setting treats on trays.  Directions for making the coffee are posted in the kitchen by the coffee maker.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!  Plus, there are always people around who are able to assist you.

Additionally, volunteers are asked to help clean up as the area begins to clear.  Again, if you need to leave directly after the service, arrangements can be made for others to do the cleanup.  If you are able to donate 2 - 3 dozen treats, but not able to assist with serving, that would also be appreciated, just let the office know ahead of time.
