UPDATE: The suspect is still at large but lockdown for this immediate area has been lifted. We will be joining in worship tomorrow morning indoors.
EARLIER TODAY: As you have surely seen, earlier today, some members of the legislature were victims of a terrible crime in our local area. We are horrified by this violence and ask for your prayers, for Sen. Hoffman and his wife Yvette, for the loved ones of Rep. Hortman and her husband Mark, and for our wider community.
Tomorrow, we had planned to have a brass band and outdoor worship service in celebration of Holy Trinity Sunday. That is now cancelled with hopes for a rescheduled date. If the lockdown is lifted and it is safe to gather, we will have worship indoors tomorrow at 9:30AM. Please stay safe and know that our prayers are with you.
